Clearwater Point
A lovely neighborhood with a diverse selection of condominiums and townhouses at a fair price for the region. Beautiful views abound, and Clearwater Beach is just a short walk away. Clearwater Point is a high-rise and mid-rise condo neighborhood on Clearwater Beach’s south end, across from the Sand Key Sanctuary. The complex is centered on four 9-story towers, which are bordered by other 3-story structures. Some of the structures are reserved for inhabitants aged 55 and up. Three heated pools, tennis courts, and a private beach are among the amenities. The southernmost point of Clearwater Beach is Clearwater Point. The Admiral, Beach, Gulf, Island and Marina Houses, and Bayway Shores are six (6) beachfront condominiums on the Intercoastal Waterway. The Admiral, Beach, Gulf, and Island Houses all have direct access to a lovely private beach with stunning views of Clearwater across the Intercoastal Waterway. The rear entrance of Bayway Shores leads to a canal with boat docks. Marina House features beach access and views of the Intercoastal Waterway and Memorial Causeway, Clearwater Beach’s main entrance. Residents of the Admiral and Marina Houses condominium associations must be at least 55 years old. These reasonably priced two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums are conveniently located near all Clearwater Beach has to offer. With approximately 400 apartments, there are generally plenty of options in terms of budget, layout, and view. On Clearwater Pass and Clearwater Harbor, Clearwater Point is located on the southeastern extremity of Clearwater Beach. On Clearwater Harbor, the neighborhood has a semi-private beach area. The beach and the stunning panoramic views of Clearwater Harbor and Clearwater Pass are popular among residents. It’s a terrific spot for taking in the scenery or watching the boats and ships pass by on their route to or from the Gulf of Mexico as they pass over Clearwater Pass. As soon as you leave Clearwater Point and head west on S Gulfview Blvd, you’ll notice a variety of restaurants and boutiques. A half-mile distant is Shephards Beach Resort. Shephards is known for its seafood buffet and entertainment. Clearwater Beach’s gorgeous sandy white beaches and azure seas are only a mile distance along the same road. Just a bit further north, you’ll come to Pier 60. With so much to see and see, this is the “center” of Clearwater Beach. There are several excellent restaurants, pubs, and entertainment venues to choose from. You may go parasailing or charter a fishing expedition, dolphin cruise, or sunset cruise. Residents just love the variety of things to do and see on Clearwater Point. On the vast pool deck, you may just relax by the magnificent heated pool, on a chaise lounge, or at a table beneath an umbrella. Do you want to dig your toes into the sand? On the semi-private beach, it’s only a few feet away. Alternatively, go for a walk and visit one of the surrounding restaurants, pubs, or entertainment venues. Alternatively, spend the day at Clearwater Beach or Pier 60.
