Clearwater Point

A lovely neighborhood with a diverse selection of condominiums and townhouses at a fair price for the region. Beautiful views abound, and Clearwater Beach is just a short walk away. Clearwater Point is a high-rise and mid-rise condo neighborhood on Clearwater Beach’s south end, across from the Sand Key Sanctuary. The complex is centered on four 9-story towers, which are bordered by other 3-story structures. Some of the structures are reserved for inhabitants aged 55 and up. Three heated pools, tennis courts, and a private beach are among the amenities. The southernmost point of Clearwater Beach is Clearwater Point. The Admiral, Beach, Gulf, Island and Marina Houses, and Bayway Shores are six (6) beachfront condominiums on the Intercoastal Waterway. The Admiral, Beach, Gulf, and Island Houses all have direct access to a lovely private beach with stunning views of Clearwater across the Intercoastal Waterway. The rear entrance of Bayway Shores leads to a canal with boat docks. Marina House features beach access and views of the Intercoastal Waterway and Memorial Causeway, Clearwater Beach’s main entrance. Residents of the Admiral and Marina Houses condominium associations must be at least 55 years old. These reasonably priced two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums are conveniently located near all Clearwater Beach has to offer. With approximately 400 apartments, there are generally plenty of options in terms of budget, layout, and view. Just a bit further north, you’ll come to Pier 60. With so much to see and see, this is the “center” of Clearwater Beach. There are several excellent restaurants, pubs, and entertainment venues to choose from. You may go parasailing or charter a fishing expedition, dolphin cruise, or sunset cruise.
